Returns Policy

There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns for unwanted items purchased within 30 calendar days. If product is returned for performance related reasons, a restocking fee will not be assessed. Please do not ship any product / items to our company without an RMA number or they will be returned. To obtain an RMA number call BSL at 1-203-269-5151, ext 314 (EST 8:30am – 5:00pm.)

All returns must be received within 10 calendar days of the RMA date. All returned product must be in their original condition with all literature and packaging materials included. If any items returned are found to be damaged or incomplete BSL will Not provide credit for the return and the customer will be charged in full for the amount of the damaged or incomplete product. BSL is Not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit so we strongly suggest that you insure all packages
